Isaac Litman - CEO: 
Mr. Litman founded Neteera after serving as CEO for Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY) Aftermarket for six years until the IPO. Prior to that Mr. Litman served as CEO for Telepath, Motorola´s exclusive distributor in Israel and East Europe, CEO for ABSC, focused on business intelligence and development and was also a special projects manager for the Israeli Prime Minister´s office. Mr. Litman graduated from the Tel-Aviv University Law school, holds a B.A in Economics from the Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Bar-Ilan University. Mr. Litman was honourably discharged from the Israeli army with rank of Major and his last active duty position was as reconnaissance company commander. 
 
 
Haim Goldberger - CTO: 
Mr. Goldberger Founder, President and CTO of OriginGPS, a world leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of miniature positioning modules and antenna modules. Mr. Goldberger has nearly two decades of experience in R&D, production and business development of innovative products in a wide range of technologies. Earlier, for six years, he was the VP of the Integrated Product Division and the VP of the Corporate R&D for Vishay Inter technology (NYSE: VSH). In this role he developed and marketed his own innovative ideas and products. Prior to Vishay, he acted as the RF R&D Group Manager at AVX Jerusalem, Israel. In addition to 22 patents and several patents pending, he was awarded several prizes for innovation, such as the Kaplan prize. Mr. Goldberger holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
 
 
 


 Dr. Yochanan Steinberg - VP of Research & Development:
Dr. Steinberg received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in physics from Michigan State University in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. in physics from the University of Rhode Island in 1993.  Dr. Steinberg worked at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Panama City, FL in the fields of underwater acoustic propagation, scattering, imaging, and magnetic sensing, and at Raytheon Missile Systems in RF imaging and geolocation, and IR switches for telecom. He brings to Neteera a broad range of technical experience in applied physics with expertise in signal processing, simulation, and algorithm development.
 
 Ilya Vatsel – SVP Operations & Engineering:
Mr.Vatsel joined Neteera after serving as VP of Operations at Mobileye (MBLY) Aftermarket for 8 years, during the IPO and its acquisition by Intel (NASDQA: INTSC), with responsibilities for engineering, quality management, global purchasing, supply chain and manufacturing. Mr. Vatsel has 18 years of experience in innovative products design, engineering, operations and implementation into mass production.
Mr. Vatsel holds a Summa Cum Laude M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Technology from Baumann Moscow State Technical University. 

 
 

 Jason Rudd – VP Sales and Marketing:

Having started his career as Export Sales Manager in industrial tooling companies, Jason brings over 20 years of industrial and automotive high-tech sales experience to Neteera, most recently having spent 11 years as Senior Director of OEM and Tier1 sales at Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY). Prior to this Jason was the Global Sales Manager for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems during his 10 year tenure at TRW Automotive (previously Lucas Varity). Jason graduated from the University of Central England with a Bsc (with hons) in Engineering and Business.

Avigdor M. Mevorach - VP Process & Quality:
Avigdor comes to Neteera with more than 10 years experience in the domain of process and quality within the automotive high-tech industry and overall 20 years of experience in the administration and high-tech industries. Prior to Neteera, Avigdor directed the process and quality department in Mobileye and took the company from a ‘hero and fireman’ start-up to a mature and well structured organisation. In parallel, he constructed and maintained a validation department from being an uncoordinated group, to a structured department providing validation services to the production programs of the company. Avigdor brings a versatile interdisciplinary approach as a graduate from the University of Bar-Ilan in Social Studies and is currently in the Executive Master's Program in Contemporary Asia in Tel Aviv University. .
 

 Dr. János Erdélyi - Managing Director, Neteera Technologies Europe:

János received his MSc degrees in electronic technology and microelectronics from the Budapest University of Technology, Hungary in 1981 and 1983, respectively. Among other activities he has 20+ years of experience in analog and RF IC design, working with Austria Microsystems, Integrated Associates, Silicon Labs and Microchip Technologies. He was involved in the product definition, system design, circuit design, project management and transfer to production of numerous devices. Most of these are for low-power ISM band applications. He is co-inventor of 6 US patents.

Professor Yona Amitai, MD, MPH - Medical Director:
Professor Yona Amitai (MD, MPH), graduate (with honors) of the Sackler Medical School, Israel, Board Certified in Pediatrics, Clinical Pharmacology and Public Health (in Israel) and in Medical Toxicology (USA), after completion of a Fellowship in Clinical Toxicology at the Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard, and the Massachusetts Poison Information System (1984-6). Associate Professor in Pediatrics (Hadassah – Hebrew University, Jerusalem) and Professor in Health System Management (Bar Ilan University).  Past President of the Israeli Society of Toxicology, Past President of the Israeli Association of Ambulatory Pediatrics and past Chair of the Scientific Committee of the European Confederation of Primary Care Pediatricians (ECPCP). Served as the Director of the Department of Maternal, Children and Adolescents Health in the Ministry of Health in Israel. He has is a member in the World Health Organization (WHO) Expert Group for developing guidelines for the prevention of lead poisoning and served as a consultant for WHO in the management of severe lead poisoning in children in Kosovo. He has published over 150 scientific papers in the international medical literature, and tutored 40 students for Master Thesis and MD thesis.
 
 
 
 

 Dr. Péter Földesy - Engineering:

Dr. Földesy received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees (with honors) from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary in 1995 and 2002, respectively, all in electrical engineering. Since September 2007, he has been with the Pazmany Peter Catholic University, Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics, Budapest, Hungary, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. He has also held research positions at Institute for Computer Science and Control, Hungarian Academy of Sciences from 1996 - 2013 and Research Centre for Natural Sciences, Institute for Technical Physics and Materials Science, Budapest, Hungary from September 2013 as senior research fellow. Dr. Földesy´s research interests include integrated vision sensors, THz imaging and technology, smart sensor design & MEMS.

Rena Riger - Director:
Prior to joining Neteera as a Director, Ms. Riger founded Exclusively Israel which represented private entities as well as global institutions making their entree into Israel, navigating between government and private corporations to serve her clients’ best interest. Previously, Ms. Riger served as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Director of Foreign Affairs (2000 – 2003) where she established relationships in all sectors of Israeli society. Before moving to Israel in 1998, Ms. Riger worked at Prudential Securities and the Federal Reserve Bank of NY after graduating from Brooklyn College cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Science. Ms. Riger currently resides in Jerusalem with her husband and four boys..
