Chairman of the Board - Dr. Tsvika Ben Porat:
Dr. Ben Porat is an experienced veteran of Israel’s high-tech. He was the CTO of Ness Technologies (formerly traded on NASDAQ: NSTC), Founder and Chairman of the board of dbMotion (Sold to AllScript for $235MM). He was the CEO of Maayan Ventures, the largest technological incubator in Israel (taken public on the TASE) and the CEO of Jerusalem Technology Investment Ltd. (JTI) (Traded on the TASE). Dr. Ben Porat holds PHD in physics from the Ben-Gurion University as well as PHD in Business Administration from the Ben-Gurion University. He served in the Israeli Air Force.
Dr. Dov Berkowitz, M.D.:
Dr. Berkowitz is the founder of Advanced Orthopaedics. He has been practicing orthopaedic surgery in New York for almost 30 years after completing his residency in orthopaedic surgery in 1983 at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Berkowitz manages a network of Orthopaedic medicine clinics allowing for medical and surgical care for thousand of patients every year. Dr. Berkowitz is a known angel investor in a number of technology startups and is one of Neteera Technologies’ founders. 

Isaac Litman - CEO: 
Mr. Litman founded Neteera after serving as CEO for Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY) Aftermarket for six years until the IPO. Prior to that Mr. Litman served as CEO for Telepath, Motorola´s exclusive distributor in Israel and East Europe, CEO for ABSC, focused on business intelligence and development and was also a special projects manager for the Israeli Prime Minister´s office. Mr. Litman graduated from the Tel-Aviv University Law school, holds a B.A in Economics from the Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Bar-Ilan University. Mr. Litman was honourably discharged from the Israeli army with rank of Major and his last active duty position was as reconnaissance company commander. 
Haim Goldberger - CTO: 
Mr. Goldberger Founder, President and CTO of OriginGPS, a world leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of miniature positioning modules and antenna modules. Mr. Goldberger has nearly two decades of experience in R&D, production and business development of innovative products in a wide range of technologies. Earlier, for six years, he was the VP of the Integrated Product Division and the VP of the Corporate R&D for Vishay Inter technology (NYSE: VSH). In this role he developed and marketed his own innovative ideas and products. Prior to Vishay, he acted as the RF R&D Group Manager at AVX Jerusalem, Israel. In addition to 22 patents and several patents pending, he was awarded several prizes for innovation, such as the Kaplan prize. Mr. Goldberger holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Advisor to the Board - Pr. Eran Socher : 
Pr. Eran Socher is an Associated Professor at Tel Aviv University and the head of the High Frequency Integrated Circuits Lab.  He received his degrees in Physics and EE (Summa Cum Laude) at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. After spending two years at UCLA as a visiting assistant professor, he joined Tel Aviv University in 2008, where his research focuses on mm-wave CMOS circuits for high-speed communication and imaging. He is also a Visiting Professor at the ECE department at the University of Toronto. He is the recipient of several teaching and research awards, including the 2008 HPCA best paper award and the 2011 and 2015 TAU Rector Prizes for best educator.
