Regional Deployment Manager, North America

Neteera is developing a cutting-edge and state-of-the-art radar-based technology, for remote and contactless vital sign-sensing solutions in the healthcare domain.

Our technology comprises a unique innovative Radar-on chip in the sub-terahertz (THz) range, which together with appropriate algorithms allows the measurement of vital signs and behavioral parameters.

Neteera is looking for a Regional Deployment Manager to oversee Neteera’s product installation and deployment plan and support our US customers.  The RDM will manage all aspects of deployment projects, such as coordinating pre-installation activities, installing the Neteera systems, training and supporting technicians, and managing post-installation reporting. The ideal candidate must have proven experience with project management, installations, working with healthcare facilities, training, supporting, and supervising employees or contractors.

The RDM is expected to maintain relationships with contractors and customers to ensure the smooth installation and deployment of Neteera’s products and services for our customers.

This position will report to the Customer Success Manager in the US and will work closely with the Operations and Product Management departments in Jerusalem.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Coordinate pre-installation activities, including, but not limited to staffing logistics, product procurement, order of operations, and general project management.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Customers during the installation process.

  • Train installation technicians to execute Neteera’s installation procedures.

  • Supervise installation technicians to ensure productivity and quality workmanship to Neteera’s standards.

  • Support and execute the installation process as needed to maintain appropriate timelines for job completion.

  • Manage budget for travel, expenses, and compensation for themselves and subordinates.

  • Provide customers with basic knowledge and technical support as needed.

  • Maintain post-installation records and reports, providing updates and reports to appropriate stakeholders as required.

  • Listen to customer needs and provide feedback to Marketing and Product departments.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager on company procedures as best practices evolve.

  • Additional duties as assigned by Neteera Leadership.

  • The position will require extensive travel availability.

Professional skills:

  • Must possess project management skills.

  • 5+ years of experience as a customer facing representative, preferably in healthcare-focused organizations.

  • Excellent technical skills, ability to install systems and to troubleshoot in case of technical issues.

  • Experience managing travel, expenses, product inventory, and budget.

  • Relevant education.

  • Experience with medical devices and SaaS-based systems a plus.

  • Excellent computer skills (including CRM systems and MS Office).
