Our technology comprises unique innovative radar technology, which together with sophisticated algorithms and software allows measurement of human vital signs.

We are seeking a FP&A Analyst for our financial department, come grow with us.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with some experience in financial planning and analysis who is eager to grow in a collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Controller, the FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial planning processes, analyzing performance, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic and operational goals.

Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes by preparing data and delivering insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for key projects and initiatives.

Help maintain and improve financial reporting systems and tools.

Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.

Professional Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data modeling, etc.).

Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).

Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.

Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Function well under strict timeline

Being able to identify possible issues in a timely manner and suggest possible mitigations.
