Digital Signal Processing Team Lead
Neteera is developing a cutting edge and state-of-the-art radar-based technology, for remote and contactless vital sign sensing solution in the healthcare domain.

Our FDA-cleared technology comprises unique innovative Radar-on chip in the sub-terahertz (THz) range, which together with appropriate algorithms allow the measurement of vital signs and behavioral parameters.

Neteera is seeking a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Team Lead with a robust background and experience in signal processing to join its growing team. The candidate will be capable of managing and leading a DSP team and independently developing creative algorithmic solutions to solve challenging problems. The person is also expected to autonomously explore and create new approaches that will lead to promising results.
Key responsibilities and tasks:

Signal Processing Techniques: Apply advanced signal processing techniques for the efficient and accurate extraction of vital sign information from radar signals

Conduct signal processing algorithm research and development activities from the exploration phase to production quality

Physical Layer: Lead and develop Radar signal processing for advanced radar Arch. (e.g. MIMO)

Exploration and Creativity: Explore new and creative approaches to challenging problems

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and data scientists, to deliver end-to-end solutions

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of DSP engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Actively participate in hands-on development

Professional skills:

Experience in algorithm research & development from research phase through production quality

In-depth knowledge in digital signal processing

Physical Layer experience (Radar and/or communication) of advanced Arch. (e.g. MIMO)

Highly skilled in Python

Advantage: In-depth knowledge of radar technology and its applications

Candidate profile:

Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or a related field

Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
