When you use the Neteera Service or if you subscribe or visit our websites (hereinafter visitor), we may receive certain information about you as described below. We do not send any promotional emails; however, we may send you service related emails. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may contact us at privacy@Neteera.com.
(c)We collect data on our visitors who use the Neteera website and/or Service .When you visit our website we may receive certain information about your behaviour including ser activity, page content, click/touch, movement, scroll, and keystroke activity (in some cases). If you are located in Europe, your IP address, keystroke activity, and personal information are never stored or shared with any third-parties.
(d)Information Related To Data Collected For Our visitors: Neteera collects information under the direction of its visitors, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it may process. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with those companies.
(ec) Access And Retention Of Data Controlled By Our visitors: An individual who is a current or former Neteera visitor who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to privacy@Neteera.com. An individual who is a client of a current or former Neteera site visitor who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct his query and contact privacy@Neteera.com. If we receive a request under this provision, we will acknowledge it and handle it promptly.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our visitors for as long as needed to provide our services. Neteera will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
2. How We Use Your Information
(a) We use the information that we collect to operate and maintain our Sites and the Neteera Service and to respond to your questions and concerns. The legal basis is based also on EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
(b) If you have given your consent, we use the information that we collect to send you marketing communications in our newsletter. The legal basis is the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
3. How We Share Your Information
(a) Neteera will not provide, rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Neteera (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Your information such as visitor names and email addresses, and other User information related to the Neteera Service may be among the items sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. Neteera is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Neteera or guarantee that your information on the Neteera Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial safeguards. When you enter sensitive information on our registration, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Neteera self-certifies compliance with the EU GDPR framework as set forth by the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries. Neteera has certified that it adheres to the requirements of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access and enforcement.

(a) If you have an account with Neteera, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
(b) If you are a visitor to the Neteera Sites we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our Sites.
11. Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Neteera does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
