Neteera is a deep tech start-up company, developing a breakthrough technology in contactless vital signs monitoring for healthcare and IoT markets. Our technology comprises unique innovative radar technology, which together with sophisticated algorithms and software allows measurement of human vital signs.
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer to join our dynamic Information Department and drive the evolution of Neteera's cloud infrastructure. In this key role, you will architect, design, and develop mission-critical components that power our healthcare cloud platform. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust, scalable infrastructure solutions that prioritize system performance, reliability, and security-first design principles.
As a technical leader within our AWS-powered healthcare environment, you will help shape the foundation that enables our medical solutions to operate at their highest potential while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Lead and facilitate cross-functional communication to identify, analyze, and strategically plan critical infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements

Drive architectural decisions and actively participate in technical design reviews, providing expert guidance on cloud infrastructure best practices and AWS-based solutions

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams (Frontend, Algorithm Development, Product Management, and Validation & Verification) to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions that support product innovation and reliability

Spearhead security initiatives by conducting comprehensive infrastructure vulnerability assessments, implementing robust security controls, and maintaining a proactive security posture in compliance with healthcare industry standards

Professional Skills:

Core Technical Expertise (Required):

7+ years of proven experience in backend development within cloud environments
-
Expert-level proficiency in:
-
Java and Spring Boot framework
-
RESTful API design and implementation
-
Microservices architecture patterns and best practices
-
RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)

Enterprise messaging systems (SQS/SNS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka)

Demonstrated experience in Cloud Native development, particularly in AWS environments

Track record of building and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems

Strong proficiency with modern development tools and practices:

Version control (Git)

Modern IDEs

CI/CD pipelines and automation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Time Series Databases (TimeStream, InfluxDB, or equivalent)

Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, DynamoDB)

Background in medical/healthcare SaaS platforms

Experience with big data platforms

Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security requirements
