Neteera is developing a cutting edge and state-of-the-art radar-based technology, for remote and contactless vital sign sensing solution in the healthcare domain.

Our FDA-cleared technology comprises unique innovative Radar-on chip in the sub-terahertz (THz) range, which together with appropriate algorithms allow the measurement of vital signs and behavioral parameters.

Neteera is looking for an experienced Data Management and MLOps Team lead to be at the forefront of optimizing our data workflows, overseeing machine learning model deployment, and developing tools for efficient data monitoring and labelling. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our technology and contributing to the ongoing success of our innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities and tasks:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Actively participate in hands-on development

Data Pipelines: Design and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data processing

Data Monitoring: Develop methods for monitoring data quality, pipeline performance, and model behavior

Data Labelling: Implement data labelling tools and methodologies for training machine learning models

MLOps: Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for ML models

Model Deployment: Lead the deployment of machine learning models into production

Algorithm Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure high performance and reliability

Professional skills:

Proven experience in data management, MLOps, and data labelling roles

Expertise in Python for effective data manipulation and analysis

Candidate profile:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
