Isaac Litman
Isaac Litman founded Neteera after serving as CEO of Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY) Aftermarket for six years, until the IPO. Previously, he founded and served as CEO at Telepath, Motorola’s exclusive distributor in Israel and Eastern Europe, and as founder and CEO for the business intelligence services firm ABSC.
Nir Lazaros
Nir Lazaros is an experienced COO with 25+ years in building and managing global operations and supply chains for startups and established companies. Before joining Neteera as COO in 2025, he served as COO and VP Supply Chain at STK Bio-AG and as Director of Corporate Pacific Operations at Orbotech, overseeing worldwide operations and corporate activities.
Shahar Yaron
Shahar Yaron joined Neteera after serving as General Manager at Bluran Line for five years and as Director of Products at Mobileye (MBLY) Aftermarket for eight years. Shahar has 17 years of experience in leading and managing innovative projects.
Joseph Zaccaria
Joseph Zaccaria joined Neteera in 2018, having spent nearly a decade on Wall Street analyzing and investing in public and private technology companies. Joseph is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team.
Jason Taylor
Jason Taylor leads Neteera’s sales and go-to-market efforts for North America. He has 30+ years of experience in technology sales. He has been dedicated to serving the healthcare market for the past decade. Before joining Neteera, he served as the Chief Growth Officer for Panda Health. He has held the position of General Manager for multiple technology consulting practices, implementing solutions across the healthcare industry.
Nayan Patel, CHCIO, FHIMSS
Nayan Patel is a healthcare IT executive and former hospital CIO serving as SVP/GM, Transformation & Digital Health at Neteera. He understands healthcare technology procurement, budgeting, governance, and clinical integration from the buyer’s perspective. This insight fuels his advocacy-based approach to helping healthcare leaders navigate technology decisions with confidence. He serves on multiple advisory boards, including SMU’s ITOM.
Jenice Larmond, RN, MBA, CDH-E
Clinical Innovation & Excellence Officer
Jenice Larmond is a visionary healthcare executive with 20+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in digital health transformation and clinical innovation. She leads clinical adoption of Neteera’s technology, partnering with healthcare providers to design evidence-based workflows that translate technology into measurable patient outcomes. Jenice is a registered nurse and completed her MBA at Clayton State University. She is an active member of HIMSS and CHiME.
Oshrat Kfir
Oshrat Kfir is a strategic technology executive with 25+ years of experience driving innovation in AI and healthcare. With an MSc in Operational Research from the Technion (Cum Laude), she combines technical expertise with business vision. She has built R&D organizations and led the development of platforms using AI, deep learning, NLP, and analytics to transform healthcare delivery through integrated clinical solutions that enhance patient monitoring, decision support, and provider efficiency.
Esther Sayagh
Esther Sayagh is a CPA with extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing (including SOX), and corporate taxation. Her experience was gained in the public sector and during her tenure at a Big Four accounting firm. Esther joined Neteera in 2024 as Global Controller and currently serves as Director of Finance.
Yair Deitcher, PhD.
Yair Deitcher completed a PhD in computational neuroscience at the Hebrew University and has published multiple peer-reviewed papers in the field. His expertise encompasses signal processing, data science, machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence (AI). Before joining Neteera, he served as the head of an AI research group at Orcam.
Shimon Steinberger
Shimon Steinberger brings 30+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, managing leading-edge design teams focused on high-speed communication solutions. Before joining Neteera, he served as VP of R&D at MultiPhy, a provider of complex signal-processing and mixed-signal VLSI solutions.
Ran Shifron
Ran Shifron is an accomplished global business leader in digital healthcare and medical devices. With over 30 years of experience in scaling innovation for startups and multinational organizations, his track record includes launching successful products and generating billions in sales. He’s now spearheading the revolution of personalized medicine and preventive care.

With a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Peggy excels at amplifying brand voice and creating communications that differentiate organizations in competitive markets.
