The Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Director of Cloud to lead our cloud transformation and build scalable, secure, healthcare-grade infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a technology that will improve patient outcomes globally while building and leading a world-class engineering organization.

Team Size: 6-12 engineers (Backend, Frontend)

Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

Technical Vision: Drive cloud architecture strategy aligned with Neteera’s 3-5 year growth plan and market expansion in collaboration with Neteera’s Information team (Neteera’s information team is responsible for cloud infrastructure, architecture, DevOps and cyber security).
• Team Building: Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier cloud engineers while establishing engineering best practices
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Information, Algorithms, Product, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure cloud solutions support FDA/CE compliance
• Innovation Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging cloud technologies, AI/ML platforms, and healthcare IT standards
• Budget Management: Own cloud infrastructure P&L, optimizing costs while ensuring performance and compliance

Operational Excellence

• Full-Stack Ownership: Oversee complete development lifecycle from requirements through production deployment
• Healthcare Compliance: Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 13485, SOC2, ISO 2700.1 and other healthcare regulations are embedded in cloud design
• Reliability Engineering: Maintain 99.9%+ uptime for healthcare-critical systems with comprehensive monitoring and incident response
• Security Leadership: Partner with information teams to implement zero-trust architecture and healthcare-grade cybersecurity
• Performance Optimization: Drive system scalability to support 10x patient volume growth over next 24 months

Required Technical Expertise

Core Technologies (must have):

• 10+ years backend development experience in enterprise cloud environments
• Java, Spring Boot ecosystem mastery
• REST API design and microservices architecture
• RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) with healthcare data modeling
• Message queuing systems (AWS SQS/SNS, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Cloud-native development (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable)
• Time-series databases (InfluxDB, TigerCloud) for vital signs data
• Real-time data processing and IoT device integration

Proficient with (advantage):

• Python, React (preferred)
• NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB)

Healthcare Technology (advantage):

• Healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, DICOM)
• Medical device software development experience

Leadership & Tools:

• 5+ years managing engineering teams of 8+ people
• CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code
• AI/ML integration for productivity and automation

We’re seeking a QA Engineer to join our QA Team

Location: Jerusalem, Israel HQ

 Responsibilities & Tasks

• Data Pipelines: Design and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data processing and data quality monitoring systems.
• Establish data validation standards and documentation
• Data Monitoring: Develop methods for monitoring data quality, pipeline performance, and model behavior.
• Infrastructure: Support scaling of data processing systems, implement compression and advanced indexing strategies.

Professional Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years in data management and operating large databases.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, API, UI, Swagger, and exploratory testing across web, cloud, and device flows.
• Build/extend automation for UI and API (e.g., Playwright, Pytest/REST Assured, or similar).
• Expertise in Python for effective data manipulation, analysis and data visualization.
• Experience with Jira, (or similar)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred:
     • Experience with signal processing or medical devices
     • Knowledge of AWS services (S3, IoT Core, Lambda), SQL
