Regulatory Affairs Lead
We are seeking a part-time (50%) dedicated and experienced Medical Device Regulatory Affairs Lead to support the development of regulatory strategies and compliance for Neteera’s contactless patient monitoring solution. In this role, you will be working with various internal and external, national and international functions.
LOCATION: Jerusalem, Israel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
• Guide cross-functional teams to establish and maintain regulatory processes, ensuring that our products meet global standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive regulatory strategies/roadmap to ensure product compliance with US FDA CFR, EU MDR, AMAR, etc.
• Prepare and file regulatory submissions for the registration of medical devices.
• Update existing evaluations and technical files, including product risk management reports.
• Evaluation and approval of mechanical testing.
• Manage post-market surveillance activities, including complaint handling and vigilance reporting, to maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Update technical files following changes and updates to the products.
• Interact with internal marketing, R&D, QA, project managers as well as external Regulatory partners.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure adherence to applicable ISO standards, such as ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 Risk Management for Medical Devices.
• Ensure that the organization is fully compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Partner with QA to prepare for and manage regulatory audits as required.
• Actively participate in regulatory improvement initiatives, suggest process enhancements and engage with cross-functional teams to drive change.
Professional skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline )Engineering/Life Sciences/Biotechnology(.
• Proven hands-on experience in Global Regulatory Affairs, including regulatory submissions and interactions within the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of US FDA CFR, AMAR and EU Medical Device Regulation.
• Experience working with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 Risk Management for Medical Devices.
• Experience with medical devices using Software (IEC 62304) – an advantage.
• Meets the qualification criteria to serve as the organization’s Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC) under EU MDR Article 15 – an advantage.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Preferred: Experience with the medical device industry, specifically including software components.

Machine Learning Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Developer with a strong background in deep learning and machine learning. As an Algorithm Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge algorithms and models for various applications. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex algorithmic solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Develop and optimize algorithms and models for deep learning and machine learning applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria.
- Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights in medical data.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure high performance and reliability in real-world scenarios.
- Analyze and interpret experimental results, making data-driven decisions to improve algorithm performance.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- BSc or MSc in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as an Algorithm Developer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to boost personal and team productivity across research, prototyping, documentation, and day-to-day tasks.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar, and the ability to integrate them effectively into the development workflow.
- Strong expertise in deep learning and machine learning, with hands-on experience using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing algorithms for machine learning tasks.
- Solid understanding of neural networks, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and other deep learning architectures.
- Familiarity with GPU programming and optimization techniques for accelerating deep learning algorithms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
