Rhonda Binda
Rhonda Binda is internationally recognized as a People’s Choice leader in developing smart cities. She co-founded NYC Starting Up and Venture Smarter and helped stand up the U.S. Congressional Smart Cities Caucus. She previously served at the White House and State Department and is an attorney and advocate for emerging tech industries.
